Yoga

Our morning yoga practices will be energising and dynamic Vinyasa style which is a flowy vinyasa based practice, whilst our evening practices will be a magical blend of gentle flowing Vinyasa and candle lit Yin Yoga. All classes will be tailored to the students so all levels are welcome.

An ex-gymnast and self-confessed hot yoga addict, Liz is finally living the dream as a yoga teacher via a career in Journalism and PR.

Trained in Vinyasa, Rocket and Yin yoga styles, with an advanced yoga mentorship programme under her belt, she is passionate about sharing the art of safely stretching, bending, inverting, breathing and illustrating how this powerful mind body connection has a positive effect on everyday life on and off the mat.

Liz loves the fact that yoga offers a wealth of healthy benefits to everyone who turns up to class regardless of age or ability. She enjoys watching students improve with every single class they take as there is always something new to learn and the ability to take your practice to the next fun, peaceful and exhilarating level.

Liz is also a trained gymnastics coach and judge proving safe movement of the anatomy is at the heart of everything she does.
